Released on = March 25, 2007, 7:47 pm

Press Release Author = Xlibris Corporation

Industry = Entertainment

Press Release Summary = TC Marrow, Jr. hopes his poetry "can help teens realize
there is life after depression."

Press Release Body = Xlibris comes out with another collection of poems that will
stay in the hearts of readers for all time with My Heart in One Glance, now
available in the Xlibris online bookstore.

My Heart in One Glance is a labor of love created by Tracy C. Marrow, Jr., a senior
of Thomas Jefferson High School in Richmond, Virginia. He is a young individual who
writes sensitive poetry that he hopes "can help teens realize there is life after
depression." He adds that his book will inspire people "to do more with their dreams
than just stating what they are.\"

Marrow expresses his sentiments of the world around him in the form of eloquent
verses bereft of the arrogance of some poets who believe that their craft sets them
apart instead of it being an instrument of universal expression. Marrow's views and
intentions come across effortlessly. There is no vagueness in lines like:
Don't let those old feelings die
Feelings can only abide by
The rules of pain
- (excerpt from Marrow's poem entitled, "Feelings")
